Conflict Mediators

  • Conflict is a natural human condition.  Recognizing that young people are competent to participate in the resolution of their own disputes encourages student growth and gives students skills - such as listening, critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are basic to all learning.
  • At Seven Bar, our Mediators assist all students in resolving their conflicts in a peaceful manner.  Seven Bar Mediators consist of 4th & 5th grade students who are selected by their peers and teachers.  Our Mediators participate in a 9 training hour to become certified in the mediation process.
